Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

The backpack arrived quickly in Germany. I love the amount of space the backpack offers. The quality is great, especially the front of the backpack is made of very thick and strong material, so it can’t be cut open from the outside. It’s perfect for traveling and daily use. When i first opened the package it smelled a bit but definitely not chemical. Just typical for a new product. I absolutely recommend the purchase.
The backpack went 17 days to st. petersburg. Together with the backpack in the package code lock, rain cover and keychain. The first impression is delight! The backpack is well thought out. Many useful pockets and compartments (you can tell about them for a long time, tried to show in the photo), good accessories, a working usb connector (there is another hole for headphones, but for me it is not so important). Comfortable straps with pockets and limiters (so as not to hang to the ground when holding the handle). The handle, by the way, is also very comfortable :) on the back is a secret pocket with rfid protection and a fastening for the handle of the suitcase. Dimensions approximately 26x43x17, while soft. This is very important for me, because i plan to carry a backpack as a hand luggage in airplanes. Weighs about 1 kg. Worried because of the color, because. The photos give the impression that the backpack is gray. In reality, normal black color (or dark dark gray, but looks like black with a shine). Very good backpack. The material is outside, inside in appearance and to the touch is very cool, the pockets are enough. Took 19 inches and it is directly huge, you can only easily fit into any trip with things and working equipment. Cons: Side department for laptop. Lightning is made so that the dog sticks out from above at the back and opens with a slight movement from above to below, after which the laptop located inside the backpack on the weight easily falls out. The only way to protect the backpack from opening (and this is provided and specified in the description) is to hang the lock. But every time i mess with the lock, and in general, and walk with it somehow stupid, so in everyday throw a laptop in the main department. Lightning sticks in the place of increasing the volume of the backpack, although nothing falls under the buckle-i'm afraid that relatively quickly can break several links.
