Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

I chose matte black color, and there are 2 more colors. Size: 32x30 cm Despite its miniature, the backpack is very roomy: there is a main department, inside and on the sides additional pockets. Very conveniently made the main department, which opens from behind and when you wear it, no one can open it. The backpack is made of polyester. Very dense fabric, outside it is matte and moisture-repellent, which is a huge plus. The backpack is adjustable with straps, as well as in addition there is a main strap. The thing is stitched neatly, all the seams are even and are inside. No leads or marriage.

Arrived in 15 days to Saudia via Ali Express Direct. Parachute like cloth with smooth surface almost water proof and stunning red colour. Apparently very sturdy and durable Zipper. Very beautiful, bold and stylish design attractive for Teenagers. Can accommodate A4 book with a little difficulty. All in all very good gift for a college girl or teenager if not for an Adventurous Aunt . Very nice product and highly recommended store.

The backpack went for a month and a half. What can i say: beautiful, comfortable. The size is the most it! Not big or small, a pack of a4 photo paper came in. Just for walking with a child and a dog. Clasp from the back, it is convenient that no one will open. Inside there are pockets for the phone and all sorts of trifles, another pocket on the lock on the flap that opens (in the photo everything is visible). The fabric is good, odorless, the threads do not stick out. Like norms. I bought for 810 rubles.
